Sr. Manager, Demand Generation – Brand


Our client, an education tech company is looking for a Sr. Manager of Demand Generation.


  • Manage an agile team of bright, capable, email marketers, while designing sustainable strategies to nurture our prospects
  • Wield empathy and experience to create and manage incredible email and blog marketing campaigns
  • Establish a rigorous schedule of testing and optimization in the pursuit of excellence
  • Manage and maintain attribution consistency for owned channels (email, content syndication, referral, etc.)
  • Leverage data and insights to make informed recommendations and detailed reports to leadership
  • Be the guarantor of quality, maintaining the highest standards for prospect communications
  • Coach and guide your team of aspiring marketers to help them grow and develop


  • 8+ years of marketing or related experience, preferably in email, lifecycle, or demand generation
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of managing direct reports
  • Exceptional experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot a plus)
  • Proven track record of driving successful nurture campaigns, turning leads and contacts into qualified leads
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • SQL Proficiency a plus
  • Strong project management experience
  • Acute attention to detail and love for data and analytics
  • Clear communication and strong copywriting skills
