Marketing Manager, Insights – Brand


Our client, a consumer healthcare company is looking for a Marketing Manager, Insights.


  • Support the development, execution, and analysis of learning plans, including project planning, survey design, fielding, data analysis, report building, and vendor and platform management
  • Leverage primary and secondary research to keep a pulse on target consumers and synthesize data and insights into a cohesive and actionable story
  • Assist with developing and maintaining up-to-date consumer mindset summaries, personas, and segments for application with creative and media needs
  • Assist with mapping the consumer journey and identifying critical knowledge gaps and consumer experience opportunities
  • Present key findings, insights, and implications from research as needed to inform business and brand strategies and initiatives
  • Partner with other marketing team members and the analytics team to mine internal and third-party data for consumer demographics, psychographics, and behavior insights
  • Handle ad hoc internal survey requests serving other departments as needed
  • Support brand health strategy, including monitoring dashboards, developing and fielding surveys, and delivering reports using multiple data sources
  • Deliver periodic analyses on consumer brand sentiment drawn from reviews, social media, surveys and other sources
  • Partner with other stakeholders on related data and insights needs for competitive, communications, and other marcom areas
  • Identify threats and opportunities for delivering on brand health and brand equity goals
  • Own, develop, and report on strategy and KPIs for managing online ratings and reviews as a component of the brand health suite of metrics
  • Manage our reputation management platform, including day-to-day monitoring, vendor management, strategic use of integrations and functionality, and training end users
  • Partner with other brand team members on content and processes for responding to reviews
  • Assist with development, monitoring, and reporting on NPS and other patient satisfaction metrics
  • Support end-to-end creative testing and performance strategy through test development, management of tools and processes, and reporting on KPIs and business impact — from concept testing to in-market analysis across key online and offline channels
  • Deliver periodic analyses on creative performance, using a combination of channel metrics, business KPIs, and consumer insights to diagnose the drivers of performance and identify new testing ideas
  • Collaborate with marcom on the creative briefing process by summarizing key insights and past performance learnings that will help fuel successful creative development


  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business, marketing, analytics, or similar
  • Excellent strategic, planning, time management, and organization skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills are critical
  • Demonstrated ability to translate primary and secondary research into actionable insights and implications
  • Demonstrated experience in survey development, insights best practices, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong communication, writing, and report building skills
  • Experience using survey, research, or testing platforms and tools (Qualtrics, Dynata, etc.)
  • Individuals are expected to manage their own workload to meet tight deadlines and provide excellent service levels in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
