Marketing Manager – Brand

New York

Our client, and eCommerce brand in New York is looking for a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute new opportunities for company growth
  • Leverage analytic tools to monitor KPIs and reporting, and effectively communicate performance to the team
  • Partner with Growth and Retention Teams to build and optimize users funnels
  • Collaborate on the management of company’s Shopify store, including merchandising
  • Manage design projects for internal design team and cross-functional partners
  • Manage and maintain UTM attribution strategy
  • Contribute to the planning and strategy of company’s Global marketing strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maximum efficiencies across the organization
  • Support online and offline marketing channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Direct Mail, OOH, Email, SMS, Affiliates, Referral and others
  • Assist in efforts to discover the next big user acquisition strategy
  • Find, evaluate, test, and prove out untapped growth opportunities
  • Keep updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the team of noteworthy news items and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience managing and executing data driven marketing campaigns, e-commerce/DTC experience preferred
  • Track record of analyzing funnels and conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to derive campaign insights and optimize performance
  • Experience with best practices across platforms to drive optimizations across campaign structures, ad creatives, and landing pages
  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you
  • Familiar with FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel; experience with attribution and measurement platforms a plus
  • A scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion
  • Have a strong work ethic, love of testing, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Effective communicator with internal teams or external vendors
  • Highly analytical. Have the ability analyze and translate data into actionable plans
  • Knowledge of Shopify
