eCommerce Marketplace Lead – Brand


Our client, an eCommerce brand is looking for a eCommerce Marketplace Lead.


  • Develop and execute revenue strategies, programs, and plans that achieve channel objectives; this is a P&L owning role
  • Invent and simplify processes for tracking and reporting e-commerce revenue operations to facilitate faster, more proactive marketing decision making
  • Identify and implement new channel growth tactics through the development of on- and off-platform marketing campaigns
  • Create product lifecycle strategies for new products that drive optimized ecommerce relevance quickly and throughout the life of a product on-site
  • Manage the working channel relationship, influencing external partners and cross-functional teams toward mutually beneficial partnership outcomes


  • 2+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, CPG category management, or related field
  • A data-driven problem solver that can digest ambiguous problems and create favorable outcomes
  • Highly effective communicator with both internal teams and external customers/vendors
  • A self-starter that finds value and acts without being told what to do
  • A scrappy team player willing to roll up your sleeves in a fast, start-up environment
  • You grasp concepts easily but are not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
