Director of SEM – Agency

Our client, a leading performance marketing agency, with offices all over the US, is looking for an Account Director to work in their NYC office 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and manage the client relationship for one large client
  • Generate strong revenue growth from client renewals on your team
  • Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications for your team’s accounts
  • Guide overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Serve as a senior sponsor contact for several top client accounts

Requirements 

  • Must be willing to work in NYC office once we return to in-person work
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ideal candidate has 5+ years of agency paid search advertising experience
  • Ideal candidate has directly managed paid search budgets of $200,000+ in monthly ad spend at some point in their career 
  • Experience directing strategy for both B2B and B2C digital advertising efforts
  • Experience optimizing accounts based on backend KPIs and CRM data
  • Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Proven team leadership and minimum of 3 years of management experience
  • Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still also able identify larger direction of the team & digital marketing industry
